Please check the model carefully as soon as possible. If the model itself is damaged, contact us with photos of the model, the packaging, and your order number. If the product or collector box is damaged even though the model is fine, please still contact us with photos, as collectors often want the packaging in good condition and our team can review the options. If only the outer shipping box used for delivery is damaged, and both the model and its own packaging are fine, no return is usually needed.
