International orders are sent DDP (Delivery Duties Paid), so any applicable import duties and taxes should be covered in the amount paid at checkout. You should not normally need to pay customs or import charges again when the parcel arrives. If a courier asks you to pay unexpected charges, please contact us before paying, and send your order number and a screenshot of the request so we can double-check it.
Depending on the destination country, duties and taxes may be collected at checkout. If they are included there, you should not normally be charged these again upon delivery.
